Since launching local operations in Melbourne in 2021, Fragrance.com has been working to optimize delivery times for our Australian customers.

Orders may be shipped from either our Melbourne warehouse or our U.S. warehouse, depending on product availability.

We regularly receive shipments from our U.S. warehouse to Melbourne and work to minimize delays as much as possible.

The below are our shipping guidelines:

If the item is available in our Melbourne Warehouse:

  • It will typically be dispatched the same day or the next business day, depending on the time the order was placed. (Please see estimated delivery timeframes by region below.)

    • If the item needs to be shipped from our U.S. Warehouse*:

  • Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing to the estimated timeframes by region before the order is dispatched.
